Guy Beaudin, Ph.D. is the Managing Director of the Toronto office and VP International Operations for RHR International. His practice focuses on executive assessment and leadership development, with particular expertise in assisting executives integrate successfully into new roles, especially as part of CEO succession. His portfolio of industries includes public sector work, retailing, financial services, manufacturing and professional services firms. He is frequently solicited for his views on leadership development in The Globe and Mail, The National Post, and BNN-TV. He holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Ph.D. from the University of Montreal.

Rebecca Schalm, Ph. D. is Practice Leader - Executive Selection & Integration for RHR International. She is responsible for the management and development of the firm’s service offerings involving the integration of executives into new roles and organizations. An acknowledged expert on this topic, she is often invited to speak to clients and the business and academic community worldwide. Dr. Schalm is also a Senior Consultant with the Calgary office of RHR, helping organizations anticipate and navigate change. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
