Accelerating Success
Strategies for improving the success rate of newly-promoted executives
Thursday, Sept. 24, 7:30 – 10:00 a.m.
 The National Club, Toronto

During boom times, it is critical for organizations to identify and retain talent. But in bust times, the focus is a little different. As the economic downturn generates a flood of downsizing and reorganizing, more leaders are finding themselves in new roles than ever before. While retention is still important, getting people up-to-speed and delivering results is a more salient and urgent need.

Join us on Sept. 24 to hear new research from RHR International that pinpoints strategies for successfully navigating transitions from the perspectives of the individual, the boss, and the organization.
