This three-day program focuses on ways that senior leaders of high-potential teams can win through the art and science of integrative thinking. Roger Martin, Dean of the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, addresses the question of what distinguishes a conventional leader from a brilliant one in his new book, The Opposable Mind. He will open the session with an introductory lecture. The program will be delivered by the Integrative Thinking content creators, led by Jennifer Riel, Associate Director of the Desautels Centre for Integrative Thinking. The fee for this three-day course is $6,000, but SLF members in good standing are eligible for a 10% discount.
