Are you unintentionally alienating your top talent?
Are today’s senior executives really putting their money where there mouths are to develop that next generation of leadership talent?
With the demographic shift in full force and organizations facing the largest leadership gap ever recorded, are companies and individuals continuing to apply more innovative approaches to address them? Insights from recent data show that although many believe that they are, the ramifications may not be what you think.
The Human Capital Council spotlights issues and concerns facing senior managers. This series focuses on human interaction and best practices in the workplace and gives participants an opportunity to share their experiences, insights and opinions.
