Using a case study based on actual experience, Shirley Knight will lead a group dialogue about both the strategic value and the practical challenges of applying Requisite Organization principles in a full management restructuring. The group will explore how using the Requisite Organization design principles created some dynamic tensions like: uncovering clear and tested leadership courage beyond expectations, reaching stated goal of a diversified bottom line and uncovering lack of follow through in senior management's actions, and more!
