The Canadian economy has grown substantially over the past year. Many wonder whether this is a sustainable trend, or simply a reaction to short term economic stimuli. This uncertainty has caused many companies and not-for-profit enterprises to reinforce their focus on establishing and expanding strategic alliances and partnerships to achieve their goals. Such relationships offer proven methods for a variety of organizations to join forces in raising funding, sharing the risks and rewards in developing new programs, products and services, and penetrating new geographic or vertical markets.
