Anu Parmar returns to the SLF Board as a director and chair of the Marketing Council.She has been an active member since 2005.
Anu is the principal of SCA Strategies Inc. a management consulting and coaching practice focusing in the areas of business development and organizational change management.She has extensive experience in the areas of leading sales, marketing and operations gained both in her corporate career and in client organizations in industries such as global consumer electronics, international manufacturing and distribution, educational sectors and telecommunications.
She incorporates strategic business growth with a keen focus on harnessing people potential through management development and employee engagement programs.
Anu has held progressive management positions with Royal Insurance (Marine) UK, Security Information Systems, and most recently with Canon Canada leading sales growth of over 800% in just seven years.
Anu serves on the boards of two not-for-profit organizations, is also a graduate of the Corporate Coach U and an active Mentor with the Peel Mentor Partnership.
