Kathryn Simpson joined the SLF board this season as Co-VP of Volunteer Development, a role she shares with Terry Atchison.

Kathryn is the Principal of Kathryn Simpson Consulting, a business focusing on helping organizations turn their strategies into sustainable success. She has over 15 years of internal and external consulting experience working for GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG and Coopers&Lybrand.  She is a Certified Management Consultant, an accredited change manager and she holds a green belt in lean Sigma.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc Hons Chemistry, and worked initially for Unilever and then for Four Square (a division of Mars) developing analytical procedures and bringing new products to market.  Kathryn loves to keep fit and to spend time with her family whenever she can!
