Len Nanjad - Chair, Human Capital Council  Len Nanjad is the Chair of the SLF's Human Capital Council, a group that meets quaterly to discuss issues and concerns facing senior managers. The series focuses on the strategic value of talent, organization and people best practices in the workplace, and gives participants an opportunity to share their experiences, insights and opinions.

Len Nanjad is with Loblaw in Business Change focused on helping Retail Operations helping drive development and implementation of organizational and people-driven strategies.  Prior to this he has spent a decade with various global consulting firms in the area of Organizational Change Strategy.

He holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Certified Managment Consultant.
