Randy Sabourin is returning to the SLF board as the Director responsible for organizing our half-day workshop.
Randy is a principal and founder of Anderson-Sabourin Consulting Inc., an organization that delivers consulting and training services focused on helping executives and sales teams elevate performance. His blog (se below) is widely read and his articles on business improvisation have been published in numerous training and leadership publications. Randy has designed and facilitated team building, situational leadership, sales training, and strategy creation and execution workshops across Canada for companies such as RBC, CIBC Mellon, Rogers, Bell Mobility, TD Canada Trust, BMO and Research In Motion.
Prior to founding ASCI in 2005 with Cameron Anderson, Randy held executive sales and marketing positions in high tech, semi conductor and software organizations. He holds a degree in composition and improvisation from the Berklee College of Music and has studied with Loose Moose Theatre Company. In addition to his activities with the Strategic Leadership Forum, Randy also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada.
